This is a bigger hit with grownups than kids because of the coffee flavor. You could leave the coffee out and just have a banana smoothie with lots of protein.
Banana Latte Smoothie
1 cup Vanilla ice cream (or frozen yogurt)
1 cup Vanilla soy milk
1/2 cup Soft tofu
1 1/2 tsp. Instant coffee granules
2 Bananas
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
