Beef Roast with Cranberry Gravy

Makes a tangy, festive roast with minimal fuss.

Beef Roast with Cranberry Gravy

1 Beef Roast
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4  tsp. Pepper
1 can Whole-berry Cranberry sauce
1 8-oz. can Tomato sauce
1/2  cup Onion – chopped
1 tbsp. Mustard
1 cup Cranberry juice

Rub roast with salt and pepper. Place in a crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, adding liquid as needed.
