Salmon Teriyaki and Asparagus Stir-Fry

A simple, fast, and yummy mix of flavors.

Salmon Tariyaki and Asparagus Stir-Fry

1 lb. Salmon fillets -- cut in 1" cubes
2 tbsp. Oil
1 bunch Asparagus -- trimmed and cut 1" long
2 cloves Garlic -- minced
1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
1 cup Rice -- cooked
Sesame seeds

In a large skillet, sauté salmon in oil until done. Remove from skillet. Add garlic and asparagus and sauté until asparagus is crisp-tender. Return salmon to skillet. Add teriyaki and heat through. Serve over rice and top with sesame seeds.
